Light or dark almond paste for making the famous Sicilian "almond milk."

DIRECTIONS:

Dissolve 200g of light almond paste in 1L of cold water, add 50-70g of sugar, blend, and strain. Store in the refrigerator using a glass bottle and consume within 3 days.
Serve chilled after shaking.
